1. Eligibility for Refunds

A customer may request a refund if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged
  • The product is not as described in the listing
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • A digital service was not delivered or completed as promised
  • The seller fails to deliver the order within the specified time

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged — seller covers return shipping
  • If the customer changes their mind — customer covers return shipping

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is treated as a return request.

Digital services may be canceled only if work has not started.

8. Disputes & Resolution

If a customer and seller cannot resolve an issue, SK Online Agency may mediate based on evidence provided.
